Setting Leadership Initiative (SLI) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to leadership development, youth mentorship, citizenship training, and national development in Nigeria.
Established in 2015 as Youth Mentorship Club and officially registered in 2018 with the Corporate Affairs Commission, SLI exists to inspire, mentor, and build leaders and citizens who are committed to integrity, patriotism, and national progress.
Led by Sir Dr. AK Etta Peters, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Setting Leadership Initiative stands at the forefront of leadership coaching, advocacy, and capacity building for youths, institutions, and communities.
